چکیده
Abstract Single pixel imaging as an alternative to traditional methods, has attracted extensive attention in various research fields. Metasurfaces with subwavelength unit cells and compact footprint can be used a substitute for optical elements. In this work, we propose single scheme based on metasurface composed of photon sieves, where spatial modulation is realized through shifting. Spatial multiplexing capability demonstrated by shifting mode, which obtain more patterns limited space greatly increase the mask capacity. Benefited from simple structure easy manufacture large capacity manufactured. Meanwhile, metasurfaces simplify system, leading system miniaturization integration. addition, numerical experiments prove that our proposal operate at range entire visible light near-infrared light. Such provides new way would applied microscopic imaging, dynamic hyperspectral so on.

Single-pixel computational ghost imaging with helicity-dependent metasurface hologram
Different optical imaging techniques are based on different characteristics of light. By controlling the abrupt phase discontinuities with different polarized incident light, a metasurface can host a phase-only and helicity-dependent hologram. In contrast, ghost imaging (GI) is an indirect imaging modality to retrieve the object information from the correlation of the light intensity fluctuatio...
متن کاملOn the capacity of OFDM-based spatial multiplexing systems
This paper deals with the capacity behavior of wireless orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM)-based spatial multiplexing systems in broad-band fading environments for the case where the channel is unknown at the transmitter and perfectly known at the receiver. Introducing a physically motivated multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) broad-band fading channel model, we study the influ...
متن کاملWavelength de-multiplexing metasurface hologram
A wavelength de-multiplexing metasurface hologram composed of subwavelength metallic antennas is designed and demonstrated experimentally in the terahertz (THz) regime. Different character patterns are generated at the separated working frequencies 0.50 THz and 0.63 THz which determine a narrow frequency bandwidth of 130 GHz. The two working frequencies are around the central resonance frequenc...
متن کاملA single-pixel terahertz imaging system based on compressed sensing
We describe a terahertz imaging system that uses a single pixel detector in combination with a series of random masks to enable high-speed image acquisition. The image formation is based on the theory of compressed sensing, which permits the reconstruction of a N-by-N pixel image using much fewer than N2 measurements. This approach eliminates the need for raster scanning of the object or the te...
متن کاملCompressed single pixel imaging in the spatial frequency domain.
We have developed compressed sensing single pixel spatial frequency domain imaging (cs-SFDI) to characterize tissue optical properties over a wide field of view ( 35 ?? mm × 35 ?? mm ) using multiple near-infrared (NIR) wavelengths simultaneously. Our approach takes advantage of the relatively sparse spatial content required for mapping tissue optical properties at length scales comparable to t...
